The Deer Park Scouts Hall has been upgraded thanks to a $140,000 investment, giving local young people a better place to gather, learn and grow.
The works include new flooring, heating and cooling, accessible toilets and asbestos removal, making the hall a safer and more welcoming space for the community.
The upgrade is part of a broader $942,000 statewide commitment to Scout halls, supporting an organisation with more than 20,000 young members and 5,000 adult volunteers.
