A strong local voice for Melbourne's west.
I'm Luba Grigorovitch, Member for Kororoit and Victoria's Minister for Youth, Carers and Volunteers. From the union movement to Parliament, I have spent my career standing up for working people, and I am focused on the things that matter most to local families.
Delivering for local families
Kororoit is one of the fastest growing parts of Melbourne. My focus is making sure our community has the services, schools and support it needs to thrive.

About Luba's workFrom the union movement to Parliament
I grew up in Melbourne's west and built my career standing up for working people. In 2014, I became the first woman, and the youngest ever, State Secretary of the Rail, Tram and Bus Union, representing more than 8,000 members and fighting for safer, fairer workplaces.
Before entering Parliament I served nearly two terms on Hobsons Bay City Council, and I got my start in public life working for the late Lynne Kosky, former Member for Altona. Today I am proud to be the Member for Kororoit and Victoria's Minister for Youth, Carers and Volunteers.
- First woman and youngest ever State Secretary of the RTBU.
- Former Hobsons Bay City Councillor and lifelong advocate for Melbourne's west.
- Double degree in Business and Arts from Victoria University.
