The 2026/27 Victorian Budget is focused on making everyday life easier, safer and more affordable for families across Kororoit and Melbourne's west.
Highlights include free public transport for the month of May, followed by half-price fares for the rest of the year, a 20 per cent cut to car registration fees, and free kindergarten that saves families up to $2,700 a year for every child.
The Budget also invests in local infrastructure, with early works for the electrification of the Melton Line and a new primary school planned for Rockbank Toolern to serve our growing community.
